1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pure Water Filters R Us website (purewaterfiltersrus.com.au) and your purchase of products and/or installation services from us. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Pure Water Filters R Us operates under ABN 99 652 070 892, based in the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
2. Products and Services
We sell water filtration products (including but not limited to reverse osmosis systems, undersink filters, tank and rainwater filtration, water softeners, and filtered tap units) and offer professional installation services for these products within our servicing area. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the actual item. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods offered at checkout. Where installation is booked separately, payment terms for that service will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
5. Installation Services
Where you have chosen the installation services offered by us and excepted the installation quote from Wahoo Plumbing:
Installations are carried out by licensed and qualified tradespeople.

You must ensure reasonable and safe access to the installation site at the agreed appointment time.

Any pre-existing plumbing, electrical, or structural issues discovered during installation that require additional work will be quoted separately before proceeding.

Installation appointments may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.

Installation warranties (workmanship) are separate from product manufacturer warranties — see Section 7.

Additional Plumbing Works. Any additional plumbing work beyond the scope of installation services is a separate matter to be agreed directly between the customer and Wahoo Plumbing. Pure Water Filters R Us is not a party to that agreement and bears no responsibility or liability for it.

6. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Installed products, custom orders, or products with hygiene seals that have been opened are not eligible for change-of-mind return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see Section 7).
7. Warranty and Australian Consumer Law
Manufacturer/Product Warranty: Products sold by Pure Water Filters R Us carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, unless a different warranty period is specified for a particular product at the time of sale.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude these rights.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Water Filters R Us excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Pure Water Filters R Us and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written consent.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy]. By using this website, you consent to that collection and use.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order will apply. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
