These Terms govern your use of the Pure Water Filters R Us website, your purchase of products through our online store, and your engagement of our services. By using this site, placing an order, or requesting work from us, you agree to these Terms.

Online orders

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify.
  • Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when payment has been successfully processed and stock availability is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order where a product is unavailable, has been withdrawn, or has been listed with an obvious pricing or description error.
  • Product images and specifications follow the manufacturer's documentation. Minor variations may occur.

Delivery

Delivery is handled per our Shipping Policy. Estimated timeframes are indicative only and delays outside our control may occur.

Services (installation and maintenance)

  • Quotes are estimates based on information you provide and may change after on-site inspection.
  • Installation and plumbing work is performed by appropriately licensed Technicians as required by Queensland law.
  • Installation services are available within our service area (from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast). Products may be installed elsewhere by any licensed plumber of your choosing.
  • Appointments depend on availability, weather and site access. Please give reasonable notice [minimum 48hrs] to reschedule. We may reschedule where safety, supply or regulatory issues arise.

Products, warranties and returns

Manufacturer warranties apply to products in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Warranty claims for products we supply can be lodged through us and will be handled with the manufacturer/supplier. Workmanship on installations we perform is warranted by us. Returns and refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the ACL.

Website use

Content on this website is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but do not warrant it is complete, current or error-free. You agree not to misuse the site (including unauthorised access attempts, harmful scraping, or uploading malware).

Intellectual property

Text, branding, layout and images on this site are owned by Pure Water Filters R Us or used under licence (including supplier product content used with permission). You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For goods and services supplied to consumers, our liability is limited as permitted under the ACL.
