Where we ship

We ship across Australia.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are transferred to Filter Systems Australia for fulfilment from their Queensland warehouse. Most orders are delivered within approximately 5 business days; regional and remote deliveries may take longer. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free Australia-wide. Filter Systems Australia fulfils and sends your order, so we do not charge shipping at checkout.

Order tracking

You will receive confirmation when your order is dispatched, including tracking details where available.

Bulky items

Some whole-house and commercial systems are bulky freight items. If special delivery arrangements are needed for your address, we will contact you after your order is placed.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within a reasonable time of the estimate, contact us at admin@purewaterfiltersrus.com.au or 1300 600 724 and we will chase it with the carrier and make it right.

Installation

Delivery does not include installation. Professional installation by our licensed plumbers is available from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast — see our Installation page, or call us to arrange.
