  • **Delivery and shipping:** Orders are fulfilled via supplier dropship. Timeframes provided are indicative only and may vary.
  • **Returns and refunds:** Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected. Change-of-mind returns are handled separately from faulty or misdescribed goods — ACL statutory guarantees continue to apply regardless of these Terms.
